hopefully it didn't seize in the closed position, otherwise you'll be burning up the pads & rotor if you try to drive. Otherwise if it seized in the open position, you'll be able to drive either home to replace it yourself or to a mechanic to have someone else fix it. If it'a a front caliper, everytime you step on the brakes, it will pull to the side with the working caliper. Since this question was asked in July, I guess you probably know all this by now.
