The fuel pump on my wifes 03 quit working. Had the pump replaced with a Spectra Premium, but now the fuel gage is not reading properly. The gage will be on almost empty and will take only 25 liters to fill it up.(Live in Canada) Took it back to my garage and he changed the pump under warranty. He thought may be the sending unit was bad, but it made no difference. Is it possible that that the pump and gage in dash are not in sync.
Starting to wish I would have went with an OEM part. Just hate not having an accurate gas gage. The dash gage worked fine before the pump change.
