to answer your question, yes if it's just the block and head you can probably fit it in the back of a TB. A hoist would make life much simpler, but a couple of guys could lift it. I just got rid of a 4.3 last year from my old Blazer and me and my wife's cousin moved it, but it was a bitch, of course, we slid it onto the back of a trailer and weren't trying to lift it up into the back of a TB either.

That being said, if I were you, I'd rent a trailer from Uhaul, all you need is small one and for less than $30 you will save a boat load of aggrivation trying to move this engine.
