Solid control arms?

I changed the oil again, and while I've seen them plenty of times before, something about the lower control arms on the front stuck out. These don't appear to be the hollow metal replacement arms, as they don't have a seam, and when tapped on with a wrench, they don't sound hollow.

More specifics, they aren't painted black, they're more of a gray color. Are these the solid arms?
