Nope only on the outside....and I would have put my check on it that it was on the inside but it wasn't. I started off on the inside in one corner with windex to prove to myself that it was on the inside...and it was definitely on the outside. After polishing though I did wipe the inside with a little windex but it was very clear before I even did that though. The most important part to me though is the 2000 grit wet sanding with soap...it really smooths out the surface imperfections. Then followed up with the polish to remove the slight marks from sanding.
