Another Eco and 5-speed. Sweet!!

I change mine every 3000 miles and the Ecotec engine is still good. I let it slip once as well because I was commuting 120 miles daily. It is no big deal if you are over a bit but from old habits I never waited for the change oil light. It is a cheap insurance that makes sure your engine lasts. Yes, technically you can wait for the oil change light to come on but I'd much rather prefer to do it the old way.
