Redog's track (Raceway Park) is almost exactly at Sea Level so there's no altitude adjusting possible for runs there. plus, most people don't know this but Redog's car has California emissions equipment on it which makes it harder for him to go faster since not everything bolts on the same and the smog stuff counters some other enhancements he could do.
