all recalls are preformed by a dealer as far as I know. And usually TSB's would have been done or mentioned at a dealer unless there was an issue present when it when into another shop and they read the TSB. It's no guarantee, but it's worth a shot. My car was usually serviced by a family mechanic, but the Chevy dealer still shows which recalls were preformed since they did those.
