Man, I am getting pissed off just hearing about it. After it is all done it might be a good idea to get another agent or company. I had a great company for nearly five years. Then the agent switched and he screwed everyone in town. Literaly took off with over a few million from people. We were finaly able to settle with the company but it took forever. I went through about two other companies and agents until I found the one I have. I even pay extra to have him handle out of state surcharges for me after the move. I don't want screwed again. I suggest talking to people that have filed claims. Ones that were there fault and ones that weren't. You will get a good idea of how the agents differ. Bottom line is price shouldn't be the biggest motive. Good luck.
