Electrically speaking..

All those fancy names you dont understand, do make a difference.

Basically all those names add up to, BETTER conductivity, and tougher metals, as in when you create an ARC of electricity (Plasma) from a regular piece of shit stock plug with zinc iron electrodes, you actually vapourize metal OFF of the plug.. as in, its not there anymore..

Tougher metals as in iriduim and all those others, do this to a much lesser degree..

AND have better throughput of electricity, being a better conductor, and therefore creating a hotter, larger spark.
Which means the gas is more easily ignited, end efficiently.

But hey, you keep that extra 5 bucks in your pocket, and spend 50 on gas instead.. whatever you like


End of story..

Now you can continue posting your negative comments all your life..
