Probably not on the 16s, the general rule of thumb is that you need a wheel 4 inches larger than your rotor.

As for the master cylinder. It shouldn't really be an issue, the Alero has dynamic brake proportioning. It would be running the same caliper I already have on my Alero, and it's WAY better than stock. Heck, even Oldsman has the stock master cylinder with his brembos.
