IMO nothing will compare to a TechII on a gm car. a techII you can manipulate features and check all modules on a vehicle. you can also see A LOT more data then you can with the LAUNCH. however for quicky diagnoses and for somone who doesnt have access to a techII OR an after market scan tool... this would be a very decent starter tool for engine diagnoses for the DIY'er. so far in my opinion if customer support improves then it will totaly be worth the money.
