From what I have gathered here they will fit but require some modification depth wise. Mine is still sitting in the closet LOL. Trying to gather the funds for my equipment install ( Head unit, Back up camera, 4x6's and an Amp for the 4x6's) but crap keeps coming up. I was going to have them installed this week but my brakes started making noise so there's $700 going to brakes.
