Don’t pull on the overhead compartment itself or you’ll break the 2 front pieces holding the visor up. I’ll show you those later. The overhead compartment will still be attached to the headliner by 2 smaller posts near the opening of the compartment, with washer type clips on them, you can’t see these until you have the headliner down, so leave the overhead compartment on for now.
