They can void the warranty for aftermarket stuff, but only if they can prove that it caused the problem. Just call the dealer, say what happened, don't mention any mods, and ask if it's covered.

They are still going to have you bring it and and do one hell of an inspection on that motor. Bottomline they aren't going to cover it cause of the NOS. Time to fork out some cash.
