Its because people can't keep their dumb ass comments to themselves, instead they blurt them out in a thread where they don't belong. The topic was about where Rev can find OSV badges, and someone had to put in their 2 cents about them when it wasn't asked for. if you want to argue over OSV badges make a damn topic about it.
