yes it is the girlie license plate frame. it hasnt turn rust yet. i had them since last spring. still good. all you gotta clean it sometime. i have one friend of mine who has one too, he has it almost 5 years, no rust at all.

I did polish it durning the spring and summer months. I had it for about 3 years or so.
Took it off to renew reg sticker, and it was surface rust inside, so I replaced it with an "Oldsmobile" one
Bought it on eBay, in fact I just bought another one from the same guy for the ol' skool Olds.
