There isn't anything that will bolt up to the stock cat as far as I know. Armorcoat Pacesetter for the 2.2 L61 or 2.0 LSJ (Cobalt SS Supercharged) is your best option but you'll need to have the downpipe welded to your exhaust. If you do that, I'd recommend cutting off the flange and getting a v-band and flex pipe welded on at the same time but that would put you over your budget. I'd recommend saving some money, getting the painted pacesetter, modifying the downpipe and getting it coated yourself if you want longevity out of it. The armorcoat one will not rot, mine's been fine for over 5 years, the coating on the flange has peeled of and it's got some surface rust there but the rest is holding up fine.
