Store service, contact, delivery, problems, props: Delivery was awesome...I got the kit 5 day ahead of time. But, their was a big problem. One of the neon tubes was broke in half. So I sent it back and started to wait for my replacement light. It never came. I e-mailed them and called them and they didn't know anything. After waiting over a month and a half I finally got my new light.
Initial product impressions, quality: Worked and looked great with only 3 tubes.
Instructions, good, bad, none, etc: Instructions were easy and they even had a couple pics for the more difficult parts.
Installation notes, easy, hard, PITA: It was very easy to install. No problems.
If not self installed, cost of installation: N/A
Performance, appearance opinions: They look great and fit very well under our Alero's.
Any other thoughts about the product: Besides the broken tube, you can't go wrong for $150 and a remote.
