I have a couple red led bulbs for the 194... used them in my gauge pod but i got 10 so i have spares!! If we meet up this summer i can give you a couple or if you want me to mail them to you just pay shipping 
Also with the eibachs... you'll need spring seats (also known as isolators) ... cheapest i have found so far is $140 cdn... in the states you can buy them for $13/ each but shipping is dumb and works out pretty much the same!!
