1)Go to a junk yard, find a grand am, malibu or alero with rear DISCS

2)Buy them and put them on your car.
Or if you want to use aftermarket rotors, buy the other parts you'll need to install the discs, I have no idea all that would be involved but obviously the calipers, the emergency brake mechanism... who knows what else.
