ok i put one in my car when i bought the dhp pcm and for some reason the pcm didnt work so the thermo is still in the car. it has hurt my gas mileage not drastically but it has. this being when the car is cooler the engine is going to run richer therefore calling for more fuel. the start to open temp is 180 and it is fully open at 20 degrees after the start to open temp. so at 200 degrees it is fully open.
