Went out and got a can of Black Rust-oleum High heat paint...Think ill need to rough up the surface a bit? Looking at it, it looks like its a rough enough surface for the paint to stick too with out even touching it with sand paper and/ or a wire brush.

Also do is their any retrofitting to replace the stock side mirrors with 99-01 Grand am side mirrors? I do have the power side mirrors...even tho the effing things don't work.
