I have sea foamed all of my vehicles and several for friends. I have not experienced any negative results. That being said, I follow instructions and do the pcv and fuel. I wont dump it in the oil though. On dirtier cars we saw mild improvement, on clean ones, nothing. I cant speak for all of them but one of my friends we did 3 years ago and nothing has came up, all of my vehicles I never had for more than a year but again, nothing bad.
