The whole thing is terribly sad. Last night we were talking to a woman who watched her husband crash and roll his car at a track day and walk away and how traumatic that was - I can't imagine having the whole world see your loved one go out like that.
But.. when reporting facts - they're just that. How he ended up with a BAC of 0.02 doesn't matter as much as that he did have alcohol in his blood which could have contributed to the crash. It may be a good thing to bring attention to. Reflexes are compromised at a BAC even that low - perhaps more regulations need to be in place regarding repiratory protection for drivers and people in the pitlane if they're inhaling enough fumes to be 1/4 of the way to legally drunk after one race.
