Store service, contact, delivery, problems, props: The heads arrived about 4 weeks after ordering, along with several sections of some Canadian newspaper. Strangely, they marked the package for over 21-year-old's signature required. I had to convince the UPS guy to bend the rulse for me so I could have my heads :? . Also, a bit later, I got some import fees ($20) mailed to me by UPS for coming into the US . Other than that, good coustomer service.

Initial product impressions, quality: Inside nicely ported and quite smoothe, and, if you don't trust my impression, the mech who did the installation said they had some of the better-quality port jobs he's seen. The gains exceded my expectations (but it's hard to quantify which of the headers, heads, or pulleys is giving what ammount of power). I'm quite happy with these heads.
Instructions, good, bad, none, etc: none
Installation notes, easy, hard, PITA: Not easy for me - signing the credit card recipt is tough :wink: .
If not self installed, cost of installation: $600 install (not inclusing gaskets) and the install also included TOG headers and u-drive pulleys.
