I did it for a meet or 2 when our only vaulter was out with an injury. My best was 9'4 but thats only with like 4 days training with form. The 9'4 was really pretty lucky as I had very little in the way of a set run down and I only made the 8 foot range like 4 times lol.

not bad at all for such a lack of training, my best was like 11.2 I only did it for 2 years, but I was happy with it, I was the shortest polevaulter on my team lol.
