don't hate Just help me

Okay, for those of you who are about to say "use the search tab" I don't have time for it. I am getting a muffler for a 3.4 V6 its a 99'. now the inlet is a 2" right ? i mean i measured it nut jus to be sure. Now i want to get a flowmaster put on and was wondering if its a straight through -=- or and offset _=-. or can I use either or. I am getting it welded from a friend that owns a tuffy. he said to jus get the parts and he would take care of the rest. and the muffler tips i found at a local store are all these screw on ones, I'm I going crazy or are there ones you can weld on

I know this is alot but please your help is apperciated.

Neither.

Old picture, but here's what it looks like under there. The factory pipe comes over the rear crossmember on the driver side, and the factory outlet is on the driver side. So get a muffler that will fit down there and be the easiest to route piping.. if you want driver side outlet just get a same side in/out muffler.

this is 2.5" though so you'll need an adapter

and the funny part is, the search button might have taken you less time than typing all that crap and saying "I don't have time".

Valley olds is an unknown quantity at this point
Mine is offset inlet, center outlet. And flowmasters are not straight through. They are chambered, so you have to install them with the inlet in and the outlet out, as compared to a straight through in which doesn't really matter in which direction you install it.

I agree

A flowmaster Super 44 should fit nicely if only doing a single you'll probably be OK with an Offset in and center out. I can't be certain though becasue I never put a single on an Alero
