Found a place that makes 3400 headers
There is a fellow in El Paso that owns a muffler shop and said that he could make a custom set of headers for our Aleros. The only thing is that he said if he were to do it he would have to add an extra bend in the exhaust and add an extra cat so the sensors would read correctly.
I was pondering this and I wonder: if this were the case, can't we just tune our PCMs to adjust to the flow change or is he in fact right and I need an extra catalytic converter and exhaust bend which cancels out the effectiveness of the headers?
More importantly: he says that he can make headers for our cars and I told him if he had a way to save the measurements I know some guys that would be interested in getting some...

People who own muffler shops typically don't deal with mandrel bends or nice TIG welding, so I wouldn't even try.
Have a performance shop make you some nice long tube headers if you want something different than you can buy off the shelf.

It is a muffler shop that carries and works with a lot of performance parts...Unfortunately, I doubt that I could tell you the difference between a performance exhaust shop and a regular exhaust shop. I just asked the guy if he could make after market headers and he said it would take about a week to get the measurements and fittings correct-but he could. But then said that the 3400 stock headers are open and efficient enough to give the gains I would look for from a new cat and exhaust.

MP Racing.org? Dammit...I just bought a new CAI from them...Nice suggestion on the place kwhauck, I'll keep it in mind if I end up in Colorado someday...but more productive than most posts.
