Water damage? Or?

Okay guys so I happen to leave my sunroof open at night just cracked open and it rained. Next day the car will crank and start but then die quickly. I don't feel its water damage but it could be anything. Was just wondering if anyone has had this problem before.

OEM or aftermarket sunroof?

I'm thinking aftermarket since OEM ones have drain holes, which , if they aren't clogged, drain the water out so that it doesn't get into the car.

Figured out what it was. Security system is linked to the fuel pump and it shut it off. Turn the key to the on position let it sit for 10 minutes and its good.
