Coolant bottle has small crack!

Anybody ever heard of this?

I'm a 1mile from home and stopped at a light. I notice a small amount of steam, very small amount comming from teh hood/fender line.

I stop at the supermarket before I go home and pop the hood. Coolant on the windshiled, fender, under side of hood, but not too much. A little more coolant under the bottle.

Where's it coming from, then I notice this very small slit. I MacGyvered it until Monday. The driver's side window is falling off the track too, that happened Thursday I don't have any of my tools right now (long story)
