these lights look nice what do you think?
obviousley they arent hids and dont expect them to be as impressive but philips is pretty legit same info on philips site opinions.......................

why keep spending money on non-hid systems? Just get HIDs and stop worrying about "how similar these are to HIDs"

Just go to ebay and get an hid kit. I've bought like six and they all work fine. If 32 dollars breaks your bank, sell your car now.
