I have crossdrilled and slotted rotors from Inroble sports, a company here in Canada.
I like them, I cant see your link, cus im at work.
I found them good, pad wear is up a lil but then i have ceramics, when i shouldnt have... because of the rotors... but w.e they work good.

i've had mine for almost a year now and no cracking at all. i think when they do crack is when people use them for racing with the extreme loads you put on the brakes and the heat they produce. if you're using them for street driving and moderate braking without real heavy loads you'll be fine the with the drilled rotors.

The cracking is usually caused from the holes being plugged up and heat not getting out. Heck, I've even cracked the stock rotors on my other car.

Not necessaryly. If the rotors have actually been drilled then they are more likely to crack due to the molecular stresses put on them during the drilling process. If they are cast with holes in them then they are as strong as regular rotors but with better stopping ability.

The the purpose between slotted and drilled are identical. To aid in venting off hot gases during breaking and to aid in shorter stopping distanced by grabbibg the brake pades with the lip of the hole or slot.

Not to hijack, but how about if some people that bought off ebay name the seller they got them from so others here can be sure to get a good pair too. Even similar items can be very different from different sellers and it would be good to know who people got them from.
