Not really perfomance but.....

what the hell does +30 degrees mean? Lokking at the GM service manual for changing my lower intake manny gasket it says to torque the rocker arms to 89lb ft +30 degrees. I am just a little un sure as to what this means.

all it means is that after you set it then turn it anothe 1/12th of a turn. it sets preload.
