Store/Site purchased: JCWhitney.com
Cost/Shipping: $109 $14.99 shipped USPS $19.99Shipped UPS Ground
Store service, contact, delivery, problems, props: None
Initial product impressions, quality: Product shipped from factory. It was not packaged properly for shipment and a plastic Hitch cover was cracked.
Instructions, good, bad, none, etc: Could be more clear.
Installation notes, easy, hard, PITA: PITA. Web site said 15minutes, Try 15min for the first step. Boltitng itin was tricky. YOu have to remove a bumper bolt and onthe 02' itheld in with a clip and you have to hammer it out. I also had to bend a peice of metal on the car to get the hitch to mount up right. Total time for install in the dark in 15Defgee F weather lying on top of an inch of snow: 2hours
If not self installed, cost of installation: Self installed
Performance, appearance opinions: Looks real good.unless you lookingfor it you don't even notice it. I will post pics tomaroowsince it was dark when I finished
Any other thoughts about the product:Looks good. Just hope now that the alero can tow my bike with no problem.

It will tow your bike should be no problem. In the general performance there is a topic on this, it's worth a look, also any questions, I have done alot of towing with my girlfriends alero, as well as with 4cyclinder N-car's for work, so don't hesitate to ask.
