When i have it running i go to the dvd screen and it says PARKING but if i just pull the emergency break a little bit the screen shows.
if you guys know where the emergencybreak wire is maby i can drop that wire and itmay work..

all it is is a ground wire, that when the parking brake is engaged, its grounded and the screen works.
take the deck out of the dash, look for the parking brake ground, usually black or green, should also be tagged. check your owners manual of the deck if you cant find it, that will say for sure.
take that wire, and disconnect it, and reconnect it to the decks ground. so its always grounded, not just when the parking brake is engaged

they make a little black box that you wire into the screen. I have the alpine and I had to use it in order to watch movies while I drive. Its like $20 and it taps into like 4 wires. Call a custom audio shop and they can hook you up.

i just thought of something crazy and it worked.
I kept pulling on the E-break until the screen came on. when it did i drove around and the e-breaks werent even on.
onlything is when i drive a loud beeping noise will go off for a couple of secs.
how do i get rid of that beeping noise. (Same noise it makes when you leave your headlights on)

IMO, don't mess with the E-brake or the beeping.
Just change the ground like it was already suggested.

Check out www.pac-audio.com
They make a lot of bypasses and stuff. Check their dealer or distributor page to see where you can get it from around you.
