License plate light

Whats the deal with this blowing bulbs all the time what can i do so it wont and yes the lense was repalce last week under warranty they dont know why its doing it and im tired of getting pulled over for it any ideas help issed:

had a few go on me, mine still been out for about 4 months. Its just a 194 bulb.

i know what type bulb it is i have been through 14 of them in the last past 8 months theres gotta be a reason for them to blow out in two days come on
