I have some cathodes that i bought for under my dash and i have them all wired up, my only question is how and where did you guys attach them for under the dash on both sides? I looked around and there really isn't a flat surface to get them on neatly especially on the drivers side. So if you can take a picture of your set up under there it would help me out a lot to see where they are mounted. Also, what did you use to mount them, double sided adhesive? velcro?

when i ran cathodes i hide them just inside the edge of the back of them center console. there are two little holes that you can stand them up with. *stand them up just inside the little lip, and the top part should fit up into the little hole*

worked for me. then i just zip striped them to the metal support that goes horizontally back there. be careful not to do it too tight, if they crack at all, they are toast.

Any chance you can take a picture of it when you have some free time? does it seem to give off a lot of light there or would there be more if it were above your feet shining down?

i have 2 9" streetglow mini neon tubes on the under side of my dash on each side. I mounted them first w/ the adhesive that comes w/ them mostly just to hold them in place and then screwed them in with the screws included w/ the bulbs. since I have 2 9" tubes they give off plenty of light and i like them above my feet as opposed to behind the console b/c they glow evenly and not a glow behind the console... hope u can understand!!

the biggest problem i had, is personally, i don't like things seen. all of my lights are hidden away from view, and then light up everything from there.

plus, w/ the cathodes, i was afraid of running the rise of breaking them if someone accidentally kicked one, if its mounted above their feet.

unfortunately i don't have pics of that setup i had, and i have since changed it, so i can only describe what i did. and yes, it was plenty bright enough.

i got both sides mounted now and they seem to be in places where they wont get kicked. My passenger side has the cathodes splitting the glovebox when its open so they are hidden pretty well. The driver side i had to angle slightly and move them up higher then i figured, but it made it even harder for me to kick which is good. Thanks for the help.
