Question Radiator Leak????

Guys I am having a coolant leak right where the small hose that comes from the small tank connects to the radiator. I replaced both of those small hoses and have cranked the clamps down tight and it STILL Leaks there at the radiator. Has anyone had top replace the radiator? I'm afraid the nipple where the hose attaches may be cracked or something. Haven't taken the hose off to check yet. It really only seems to leak the most right after I refill the small tank back up. It leaks down and then almost stops leaking. That's kinda weird because since it's under pressure you'd think it would leak all the time. Any suggestions?
