How do you take off windshield wiper arm???

How do you take off windshield wiper arm???
i tried to screw off just the nut on the arm but it wouldnt budge. my arms are rusted i figured itd be easier to take the whole are off to paint rather then doing it while on the car anyone know? thanks

theres two plastic nipple things in the middle of the blade that you squeeze in and just wiggle the blade around and it should come out

nah man i was talking about the whole arm not just the wiper...lol im not that slow haha but i got it off thanks tho...
