Lowered, should i get alignment now, or wait?

Hey all
I got the car lowered finally. but i didn't really adjust the bottom bold on the struts, that had the slot in it.
both fronts tires are now \ / . now is correcting that part of the alignment? or is that my problem that I need to fix myself, or pay more for?

And I heard that it can take a week for S/T springs to settle. should I get an alignment now, or is it better to wait till it's done lowering?

Sorry if this is noobish, or if it has been covered, looked around didn't really find what I was looking for.

well the techs at the shop i work at told me when they put my eibach springs on that I should wait 1,000 miles let every thing get worn in cause the car would gradually go down as the new springs were worn in
