Exclamation need to know now

ok so im going to cedar point on sunday (about 3.5 hours away, all highway driving)
'i had my tires balanced today (they were way way uneven)

however i noticed a pull to the left still and my rims get quite hot on the driver side and i can feel the heat from the breaks and there is a good amout of break dust on the rim... (passenger side too but not as bad.)

my question is if i have a rubbing break, can i drive up there or will it catch fire? its been doing this draging for like 2 months now but have not ever driven that far away before.....

or how much would it cost to get it looked and and the rubbing fixed? i dont have time tomorrow to do anything with it myself and im leaving at 6 a.m. sunday...

thanks guys hope you can give some wisdom

Get it looked at right away. You probably just need to have the caliper pins lubricated, but you don't want to mess with putting off brake work.

I wouldn't drive that far with your caliper seizing up, and if you don't fix it yourself then prepare to shell out at least a couple hundred bucks because any garage will recommend that you replace the whole caliper with a brand new one at their marked up price. And it will probably take longer to drive it to the garage, wait for them to put it up on the lift and do all the work, then if you just took the wheel off in your driveway and did it yourself.
