420 code on....didnt pass inspection
Its been on for months now...but i need my inspection done. My mechanic is cool as eff...but he says i need a new cat....i got my headers/high flow cat installed prob about 30-40k ago. This is the problem everyone has when they get the high flow right? Do i need that delete kit???? he said he turned the light off, but the computer keeps "saying" the cat is the problem....or it thinks the cat is the issue.
ANYBODY HAVE A DELETE KIT FOR SALE?! they dont make them anymore do they? just my luck

HPTuners yo, disable all codes relating to the cat like I did, so they never report an error, either in SES light form or in DTC text on a readout.

lol too expensive...unless u wanna drive here....but that simulator will work right? i need this done ASAP

after reading up on it....some people had success....a lot didnt. Who has the o2 sim? i've heard mixed reviews about them....like they dont work for long then short out...or dont work outta the box... redog u have one right?

I'm on my second one.
The first one crapped out pretty quick, the second one's been in the car for a long time now (can't remember how long, I think 5 years)

K. cool...gonna buy this now, gotta get ruby inspected again.....does the car run different when the check engine light comes on? something i always wondered...
