I have a question I have a 99 Alero GL 3400 V6. I custom cleared my headlights, (which are awesome by the way, thanks for the "how to" in the "how to section) I want to know, on one of the members on here, he has a blue corner lights, now HOw would I be able to do that, I know that the lights go as follows 9005 HIgh beam 9006 Low beam 3157 Innter corner light 194 Outer corner light, now i want the inner corner light to light up blue, and the outer light to look bluish, but turn amber when i use it, how can this be accomplished,? I know all you fellow alero modders will take care of me, **eagarly awaiting**

i have a blue 3157, and an amber led on the outside, you could do the same but get a silverstar 194, the ones that look blue but light orange.

I changed my corner lights to blue leds and got pulled over not even an hour after installing them. The Fort Campbell police said it is impersonating an officer and is a $1000 fine. Make sure you check your local laws.

alot of the "superwhite" lights just have a blue film on them so when they aren't lit up the mirrors inside the headlight reflect it around and make it look blue, while it actually lights up white.

Were your LED lights on the Inner or outer markers? The only one i'm changing is the inner marker to blue. and then leaving the outer marker to amber, but they have these 4 light leds that light up amber for the outer marker (194) i think they are pretty dad gum tight, i have to admit, but yeah. I am working on getting a picture of my baby, she ait much right now, pretty much stock accept my stereo system and my cleared headlights, and my purple headlamps.

that's exactly what I did, blue leds on the inside marker and amber leds on the corner marker. I thought the cop was going to have an aneurism. He wanted me to get out and take them out while he watched since I couldn't turn them off(it was at night)

well you can choose LED's or normal bulbs, problem with LED's they use about 3/4 less power and you get machine guns for blinkers

Sorry to flood your post but, you need to get one 6 ohm for each bulb(at least that's how I did mine)
They are really easy to install, there are how-tos on this site.
