cool, finally another west coaster who is close to me. Im in vancouver. Welcome aboard eh!
I go over to the island every 6 months or so to vist my buddy in Courtney. When is the car show in Parksville?
If you have time you should come to the Olds Nationals in Seattle this July.
oh, and we like to keep all the old posts, cause you never know when they might come in handy. heh.

The car show in Parksville is being held on July 31st. I won't have my car entered in the show but I will be a model for Lower Level Pleasures truck club. Definetly ony of my favorite local shows of the year.
Possibly even more exciting to watch is Thunder in the Valley.... I get chills just typing it. Everything from hotrods, street cars and pro drag racers show up to this annual event at the old runway from the closed airport in Port Alberni. Thats from August 12-14th.
If you are in Vancouver there are several events happening near you to check out like the 24th Super Car Show & Shine in Whiterock on July 24th even stuff out in Kelowna. If you want more dates and locations of shows let me know.
