They might have hair dryers in the rooms that he could use, I don't remember if they did or not. Also have to keep track of how many beers it takes to complete and add to list off ASS mechanical achievements.

i'm both excited and anxious my AAS front better come in the mail SOON so i can fit it and have it painted and whatnot in time

heh, yea i have to go get my headers put on next week. I just hope the car runs good after the headers go on, im just nervous cause i dont have the upgraded PCM....... everything better go good

my car is at the dealership right now getting the transmission flushed. it was waaaaay over due. hopefully i get the replacement fuel injector from milzy by the end of the week (the kit i bought off him had one bad one in it ) so i can have them installed with the TB next week and possibly dynoed.

did you ever get your tranny flushed? how many miles are on your car?
I was thinking about getting my flushed, i have about 63,000 miles. But i decided to wait

well, i cant remember if i had it flushed when i got back from iraq in april 04 or not (the car sat for 7 months). back then the car had about 45,000 miles on it. now it has over 116,000 miles on it LOL im having them put synthetic in which is around $260 plus they are doing the yearly safety inspection so i expect a $300 bill.

lets hope not! i expect a little bit of slip for a couple hundred miles while the fluid is getting "broken in". i think thats normal.

i don't know if i want to flush the transmission i've heard too many bad stories. like 3/4 of people who do it end up destroying the trans. (182,xxx mi lol never flushed as far as i know)

I would imagine that at 100K all that you would do is free up a lot of the crud that is stuck in nooks and crannies of the tranny, just waiting to destroy the tranny in the end. Some of those loose pieces of crud will remain inside.
