i can have it off and back on in an hour or so, but if you have never done it before take your time.

How did you remove the upper intake manifold?

Do i need to worry about any like liquads or anything? Or can i remove the hoses and just remember where they went?

no liquids through the upper, unbolt the egr, the ignition module and just bend it up a little, remove your throttle cables, and air intake piping, map sensor and bracket and the vacuum hoses, and remember where the sensor plugs go. when you put it back on make sure the manifold is flush on the lower manifold with no wobble, or you could break bolt down tabs.
