Yeah I don't know about that front air box, just seems pointless to me. If your going to do that why not just put a cone on there, and I looks like it would get really messy. Depending on where you live you will be changing filters or recharging everyweek.

At the time, it made since to me. After opening it up and seeing no fins or anything directing the air towards the intake opening, I realized even though I was feeding it colder air, it was not being “rammed” into the system. Only bouncing off the intake; air that could have been feeding the radiator. When I do it again, I will be running a regular cone filter.
