Good night Fender...
Parts are hard to come by, there are a few companies that do make parts out there but they aint cheap like Small Block Chevy parts... luckly I have the 2.2 and can use parts from other ecotec engines in the Delta platform and build a Hybrid monster lol

it happens... the old saying is
"Fast, Reliable, & Cheap Pick 2"
EDIT: you just gotta priotize what you want to do with your car. do you want a quick car to rock out at the drag strip with, do you want a cruiser to pick up the ladies with, or do you want a bit of both worlds have some engine mods to stray away from the norm and have the looks?

you can't pick all 3 cause whatever 2 you pick they cancel out the third. Check the exhaust shop out it will be worth it search around the forums and I'm sure you'll find the right muffler I think the Flowmaster 40's are a popular choice for the 3400 I got my exhaust done at a local shop considering I have a 4 banger it doesn't sound like crap.

please search, all your nonsense is hurting my head......used s and s and TOG headers are the only thing that's available, and custom if you have fab skills, if andy's has some left over s and s I would hop on them before they are gone, also pacesetter does not make 3400 headers, it has been covered before.......and there is no TRUE dual exhaust for the alero, in order for that it would have to start with custom headers.....k thanx bye

Well, they do but they're for the W-Body.. You may be able to fit them but nobody has tried.

OK I'm going to go out on a limb here and say you are the guy that contacted me on YouTube.
Those "chips" are total BS. If you really want to try it out, go to Radio Shack and pick up a 1/2 watt 330k resistor for 10 cents and put each end in the plug for the IAT sensor. Any HP gain is the placebo effect
PaceSetter headers are not going to fit the 3400, they are for the 4 cyl engines.
Settle down a little bit. I know your excited, but just calm down. Pick a budget and go from there and do one thing at a time. It's not going to happen overnite. Any car guy will tell you that

These will fit the 3400, but if they fit within the confines of the Alero is something that hasn't been tested.

headERS. Heads are cylinder heads, headers are exhaust components. If you can find any S&S in stock anywhere, it will be a miracle upon miracles. Everyone wants them. WOT-Tech will have N body headers in progress next month. No rumors, its a fact.

hey. sorry for threadjack, but if you wanted to use 3500 intake manifolds, will they bold directly up to the 3400? or do you need to use the ones from wot-tech?
