ok took it to two shops today. now im even more confused,
first shop says everything is fine. well i dont believe that for two reasons both radiator hoses are collapsed, second my temp is always at half or higher and i have a 180t in it.
second place said maybe the tstat is in backwords causing the hoses to collapse but i dont see how because the car would overheat all the damn time if the tstat was backwords wouldnt it?
ok so maybe i shoul just change air temp sensor and coolant sensor and hoses and see what happens?

OR pull your thermostat out and replace it with a new one pointed in the RIGHT DIRECTION. it sounds like you either installed it backwards or this Tstat is not functioning properly..
Tstat is what.. 8 bucks? 10? all you need is that and some coolant.. along with about 30 minutes of time and voila. I wouldn't go changing a bunch of sensors on the car because there is something wrong with the cooling system

i vote for the option that you take the t-stat out and see how the car runs.

i bought coolant today hoses in morning and tstat is brand new but i think instead of warranty exchange ill try a different brand. theres no way this could be my overflow tank not sealing correctly is there? im still shocked a mechanic looked at those hoses today and said nothing is wrong.

here is your checklist-
1. HOSES - UPPER AND LOWER
2. NEW T-STAT
3. DEXCOOL COOLANT (50-50 mix will do just fine)
4. 3 BEERS

^^ its easy.. just make sure you PROPERLY dispose of the fluid you're loosing / removing
letting the motor completely cool off would be a good idea. the Tstat is located right under the exhaust manifold.

You never mention in the OP that your were losing coolant. If your reservior is splitting out coolant the simply check is a the cap. Go to GM and get one for $10 first then screw it on. The cap is design to release pressure if there is too much to prevent the hose and other parts from blowing.
FYI the thermostat can only go in 1 way. The spring side goes into the block. Follow Jackal's advice run the vehicle without a thermostat first, if the temp goes down better then its your stat that bad. But I recommend changing the filler cap first.

no its not leaking i bought the resivoir and cap on ebay the last time i did a coolant fush was thinkin maybe it was a bad cap cuz when i open it it never has pressure even when car is hot it just opens with nothing. im using radiator flush this time but the bottle doesnt say weather i can add it to the coolant first or if i have to drain add water then flush first?
ok just discovered something when i take off the overflow top bamm it sucks in air real hard and fast. hoses un collapse go back to regular size. whats this mean isnt it suppose to do the opposite blow air out. please say it could just be the cap not flowing right?
